Cebu Province offers beautiful coasts that provide scuba diving enthusiasts an unrivalled haven at a number of diving sites in Mactan. Also most jewellery, especially black coral and aquamarine and pink pearls, are available and cheaper in Cebu than in other cities. Cebu is an ideal place from which to start off to see the other islands as there are flights as well as ships out of the city to important towns or surrounding islands. |
